We start with the idea — validating it, shaping the strategy, and getting everything set up. Our own money and time go in from day one. Sometimes we bring in the right partner too.
Everything is built in-house: planning, system design, UI design, engineering and launch. Web app, mobile app, brand — we handle the full journey ourselves so nothing falls through the gaps.
Once we launch, we stay. Growth, ops, customer support — we run every venture ourselves and stay accountable for it long after go-live.
